MarketVolt Expands Scope to Include Consulting Services
Firm "makes official" an offering that it has long made available

JANUARY 6, 2003 -- MarketVolt, a leading provider of email marketing software, announced today that it has expanded its services to include list-building, strategic consulting, and campaign execution for its clients. MarketVolt licenses web-hosted software that automates the creation, delivery and tracking of targeted emails, online surveys and digital coupons. Today's announcement serves as the "official launch" of services that MarketVolt has been providing to clients for months.

"We've been helping many of our clients with all of these services," said MarketVolt's Tom Ruwitch. "We simply weren't advertising it. When we launched MarketVolt last year, we positioned the software as an easy-to-use, do-it-yourself product. Many of our clients successfully manage MarketVolt campaigns on their own. But some of our clients have turned to us for assistance."

MarketVolt provides consulting and execution services for all facets of an email marketing campaign, including:

  • List Building -- MarketVolt can help you devise and execute strategies to grow your email list quickly and cost-efficiently.
  • Strategy and Planning -- MarketVolt can assist you help you devise strategy and tactics to maximize the return on investment.
  • Execution -- MarketVolt can perform any and all of the tasks associated with your campaign, such as design, content creation, and analysis.

The range of services can vary depending on a client's needs. For example, MarketVolt can assist with just one part of a campaign -- such as template design or copy-writing -- or MarketVolt can run every facet of a campaign on behalf of a client.

MarketVolt also works closely with advertising and public relations firms that license its software. In many cases, MarketVolt refers clients to those firms to assist with strategy and execution.
