If you have received an email with a link to this page, it was sent to you by an organization that has licensed MarketVolt™ software.

MarketVolt™ software allows individuals to generate and deliver emails and attachments (such as surveys and coupons) to members of their mailing lists.

If you have received a mailing via MarketVolt™ the organization that produced the email has identified you as “opting-in” to the mailing list. This means you – the holder of this email address – have:

a) voluntarily shared your address with this organization for the purpose of receiving information or

b) registered with the organization, made a purchase, or otherwise have an existing relationship with the organization or

c) explicitly granted permission to another organization to share your address with its business partners which include the organization that sent this mailing. 

It is the organization that sent the email to you -- not MarketVolt™ -- that has determined one or more of the above conditions to be true. MarketVolt™ prohibits sending unsolicited commercial email or spam. MarketVolt™ requires its clients to abide by its anti-spam policies and reserves the right to cancel accounts for any clients who violate those policies.

We protect your privacy

We use security measures to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of data used by our system. MarketVolt™ will not share, sell, or rent any information about you without your expressed, written permission, unless we are compelled to do so by law.

How can you remove your address from the mailing list?

Every MarketVolt™ mailing contains a link at the bottom: “Review and edit your account information and/or unsubscribe.” Click this link and follow instructions to unsubscribe or edit/review your account information.

What can you do if you have received unwanted, unsolicited email via MarketVolt™?

You can remove yourself from the list most quickly and reliably by following the instructions at the bottom of the email you received. You can click a button that removes you from the list. This is an automated process that takes effect immediately.

If you wish to report the sender for delivering unsolicited commercial email to you, please forward a copy of the unwanted email with your comments to spamnotice@marketvolt.com.
