Colliers International is a leader in global real estate, offering comprehensive services to investors, property owners, tenants and developers around the world, with almost 500 offices in more than 60 countries. MarketVolt serves Colliers International’s office in St. Louis.

  • Enable brokers to send their own emails and obtain data on recipient interaction with emails.

The Solution

Colliers International uses MarketVolt’s software to create its own marketing emails, send them to recipients and track the results. The firm distributes profiles of new property listings and investment opportunities to segmented participants in the market. In addition, the firm sends linked quarterly market reports to recipients. Individual brokers use their own logins to access their broker-specific marketing email statistics to observe which recipients are interacting with emails.
